Mum (82) and I (56) stayed for 7 days. The air-con was set to a high temperature (25C) and we were unable to cool the room down, we ended up asking twice to have the air-conditioner reduced (we are not used to sleeping in 25C heat at night). After 1st request nothing was done so I was going to change hotels and when I told them this when we requested the 2nd time the air-con was turned down (they just had to flick the master switch). We had twin room and room big enough to move things around to place 2 x suitcases (one on suitcase space and one on long desk) and still have space for charging several items overnight and a chair to sit on. Coffee/tea making facilities with kettle, 2 cups etc. Fridge was smallish but it worked and it was filled every day with free drinks (cold fruit tea etc). 4 bottles of water were provided every day for free (2 sparkling and 2 still). The coat hangers in wardrobe were suitable to use when you washed your clothes (not the stupid clip ones that most hotels now have), hung in the bathroom overnight with door closed and clothes were always dry the next day (apart from socks that were still damp). Bathroom big enough for 2 people to move around in, shower cubicle was watertight and big enough to swing around in if you needed. Water pressure really good but could tell when others having a shower as went a little hot/cold a few times but nothing to worry about. Even though we are happy to use our towels for a few days and we always hung them up they were always changed and replaced with fresh clean towels every day. Lighting was good and all the light bulbs worked. Breakfast was great, buffet style with a huge range of so much, from cold meats, cheeses, fruits, hot dishes, eggs, toasts, pastries etc. Coffee and tea, fruit juices and water. Super close to metro station (green line - Bodomzor) - 5 minute walk Would stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Narvuz Hotel during my trip to Tashkent, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Centrally located in the heart of the city, it provided a convenient base for exploring all that Tashkent has to offer. First and foremost, cleanliness at Narvuz Hotel is impeccable. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could tell that this was a well-maintained property. My room was spotless and well-appointed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was truly impressive. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their outstanding friendliness and support. They were eager to assist with any query I had, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Their warm smiles and accommodating nature made me feel truly valued as a guest, enhancing the overall experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Narvuz Hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable stay in Tashkent. Whether you prioritize cleanliness, friendly service, delicious food, or a prime location, this hotel offers it all.

Good Hotel. Very Clean. They have sauna, pool, and you can also book a massage. They have a restaurant open 24h. I tried Beed Steak and Lamb Soup and it was good quality. The waiters were friendly. They also have ATM/Cashpoint Machines. I used a Debit Mastercard and was able to withdraw local currency without problems. They also have a good quality laundry service. Also, in reception, Alina and Farangiz are very helpful. The guys in reception have also been useful. They offered me a pick up at Tashkent Airport, and it all went smoothly. Also, one of the guys in reception managed to get a taxi for me to go to Samarkand. All good. Great People. I will be back.

Great location, 2mins stroll to the nearest Metro station and via tthat brilliant access to wider Tashkent. Our room was smart and clean with a lovely ensure bathroom. There are lots of additional facilities at The Navruz, but we only used the cocktail bar, which was super. The staff are an asset to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them; genuinely service with a smile. We had to alter our dates, shortening by a couple of nights. Our booking was technically unrefundable but Hotel Navruz credited our room tab equivalent to the value of the two missed nights. Fabulous!

the location is good: we could walk to the main attractions or take short taxi rides the hotel has a small cozy gym, good for 2-4 people a very cute cat with a collar guards the entrance to the hotel, we loved it the hotel let us store the luggage for a couple of days after the check out, so we could visit Bukhara the staff is very nice and helpful the back yard is nice, it has a pool and tables. one can stay there for the whole day, have fun, order food from the restaurant and work - all in one place Wi-Fi connection was great
